We are back with another edition of the 909 Throwdown (Summer 2023)! A Functional Fitness Competition in Teams of 2 (Male/Female). There will be two categories Rx and Scaled. We will have a maximum of 40 teams, first come first serve! Podium finishers in the Rx division will receive a cash prize as well as a gift bag! First prize will win $400 Cash! Scaled podium finishers will receive some great gift bags as well! There will be 3 events, 1 challenge and 1 final event for the top 5 teams in both Rx and Scaled. Each team will receive T-shirts and a Poster.
